He is on this list simply because no one knows who he is or what he does. All that is know is that he is a runner and has been spotted on the matrix oddly enough leaving a large data trail leading to a stuffer shack up on the hill.

This man is no runner at all the best you could classify him as is a low pay PI for some law firm in LA. I think he deals in automotive fraud or some crap a ganger I knew before he got gaked said he saw him in court once given info to some lawyer or crap.
