Life in the Camps
I know most people do not like to think about life in the camps or what it is like. For us runners out there though it can become a sort of safe haven. The long arm of the law rarely reaches inside and the people are rarely willing to co-operate even when it does.
Still a few considerations have to be made first of all you have to realize that these people are all looking to rebuild or for a way out. If you give them an actual opportunity to get what they want they will treat you much better. Second if you go around flashin all of your fancy gear you will get robed and if you think you can defeat hundreds in combat for your dreck, well good on ya but remember you will never be welcome again.
More To come later

Religion
Many of the poor as of late have been flocking to various religions. I am not sure how much you folks out there know about previous situations but this is kind of reminding me of the Universal Brotherhood Incident. If you are hiding in the streets these days hide well cause there are many things that go bump in the dark places of the streets and sometimes the brightest places as well.
