Possibly one of the newest gangs in LA they are a bunch of prepubescent punks who really need to get their head on straight if they want to make it all the way tho the tender age of 15. Still if you run into them be careful they seem to have somehow found a connection to get some really big guns. If they new how to use them they might actually be frightening.
