Qivinas is an elf who had for some unknown reason taken up the cause of the poor on the city council. He has yet to raise much support and has not changed a single mind as far as I can tell. Still he has give quite a few impassioned speeches.

I am not sure you have any idea what you are talking about this elf is simply a man who will pick up any cause that makes him appear in the media. I thin k he may have changed a few minds as well since a number of groups have since been given rights. One must consider that once you open up a bag of worms you may not like what comes out.

Ghouls have only begun to receive what they deserve. Once we are done you will no longer have to worry about those who once thought that we were somehow inferior.
