This location is rumored to be controlled by a number of people, the most famous one being Dracula, however not much is really know about the location. It is hosted off of an unknown device in an unknown location. Those who have been able to access it have never been able to duplicate the feat after and each time the access was done from different points in the matrix.

Runners have consistently searched out this location as well as the law because it is rumored to have organized the larges collection of programing ever assembled. Runners want to view these things to discover back doors and the law wishes to use it as examples of an individuals work in copyright cases.
